Product Search Tips
We have limited space in our system for product descriptions so some
words have been abbreviated. Road names are often long so they
are usually the first part of the description to be abbreviated so take this
into account when searching for products.
For example: Atlantic Coast Line is ACL in our descriptions.
In addition, we often have to change the layout of the MFG part number.
Example: MTH item number 30-9107 is listed as MTH 309107 in
our system. You do not need to type the exact MFG number for it to
show up in your search so typing either 309107 or simply 9107 will allow
you to find that product. If you can't find what you need please e-mail us at
support@littlechoochooshop.com
and we'll help locate the item you're searching for.
Shipping
You can choose to have your item shipped by either US Postal Service
Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. If you choose UPS Ground
a shipping total will display on your order confirmation screen before
your order is submitted to us. If you choose USPS Priority Mail you
will place your order without a shipping total and we will contact you
with an actual shipping cost for you to confirm before we process your order.
You may also specially request another form of shipment
(US Postal Book Rate, FedEx, UPS Next Day, etc.) by choosing
USPS Priority Mail shipping and including your actual shipping request
in the comments section of your order screen.
Your credit card is not charged until you accept the actual shipping cost
for your order. If you submit an order and choose USPS Priority Mail you
will have the option to cancel the order if the shipping costs end up being too great.
Most orders will be processed and shipped by the next business day (Tuesday-Saturday).
Returns will be accepted for store credit. A 15% re-stocking fee may be assessed.
